Errol Louis is respected political reporter for NY1.com in the Big Apple. He is also a product of NYC during the ‘80s when hip hop was growing from underground scene to mainstream art form. This past week he invited me on to talk #hiphop50, a conversation veered into the Fort Greene/Clinton Hill, Brooklyn scene I chronicled in my documentary Brooklyn Boheme - https://vimeo.com/ondemand/brooklynboheme. They’ll be a lot of conversation about NYC back-in-da-day this year. Hopefully we went into some underexplored areas in this talk.
