Back walking and talking on New York's streets

With the return of spring I’m out walking and talking on Big Apple’s streets. My Follow the Sound series is back with visits to the homes of painter Jean-Michel Basquiat and bandleader/composer Duke Ellington. I’m also reviving an old series I used to do called Content Class that looks at how various pop culture productions tap into classic storytelling techniques. I’ll start with the lastest entry with an unlikely subject, which uses “theme” to give weight to lightly sketched comic book characters.
